Is the moss real?+
Yes. We work with real natural moss that has been preserved to keep its color, softness and organic structure. It is not artificial plastic foliage.
Does preserved moss need water or sunlight?+
No. Never water, mist or place the artwork in direct sunlight. Preserved moss is designed for indoor display and does not grow or require plant care.
How long does moss art last?+
In stable indoor conditions, preserved moss art can retain its appearance for many years. Direct sun, water, heat and very high humidity can shorten its lifetime.
Can I choose a size and frame finish?+
Yes. Every product page shows all available combinations. Choose a frame finish first, then select one of the sizes or sets available for that finish.
Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?+
The overall design, format and color direction will match the selected product. Because moss is natural and every composition is arranged by hand, texture and small details will vary slightly.
How does checkout work?+
Submitting checkout creates an order request; it does not charge you. We review availability, production timing, destination and shipping, then send the final total and your selected payment instructions.
Which payment options are available?+
You can request a secure PayPal payment link or bank-transfer details. Payment instructions are sent only after the order has been reviewed and confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?+
International requests are welcome. Availability, shipping cost, delivery method and any destination-specific requirements are confirmed individually before payment.
What happens if the artwork arrives damaged?+
Keep the packaging, photograph the box and artwork as soon as possible, and contact us with your order reference. We will review the damage and provide the appropriate next step.
Can you create a custom piece?+
Yes. Send the approximate wall dimensions, a room photo, preferred style, delivery destination and timing. We will respond with the information needed for a proposal.
